These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Realm Idle (the "Game" or "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Game or its content, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
The Game includes virtual items and upgrades (such as VIP status and gear packs) that you can earn in-game or buy through Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Game, and are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policies. We may change, adjust, or remove virtual items and their prices at any time.

Your game progress is saved to our servers so it can be restored across sessions and devices. We work hard to keep saves safe, but we do not guarantee that progress or virtual items will always be preserved. Keeping your Google account accessible is required to restore your progress.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and remove virtual items, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other players or us. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account or data deletion, contact us using the details below.
The Game is supported by online services. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
